Accommodation for an Additional person in certain Château and Trincou Summer
House rooms is available at a Supplement of €15.00 Per Night
Breakfast is included in the above prices. A set Four course gourmet Dinner is available in the
Château, by prior arrangement, at €32.00 per person.
All dinners are taken at about 8 pm or so “en famille”.
To Book, please contact us, by phone or by e-mail, before sending this form, to make sure that the
week you want to come is available and that the room of your choice is available. We want to help
you make the right choice for your holiday and we want to talk to you!
Then simply send a deposit equal to one night’s tariff (non-refundable) to confirm your reservation.
We advise our guests to take out holiday and travel insurance. We accept Visa, MC and CB, as well as
cheques drawn on a French bank.

To Book “The Trincou Summer House”, after checking on availability, please send a 50% deposit
to confirm your reservation.
The balance for your booking is payable 6 weeks before arrival. We accept a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) on arrival for the €200.00
damage deposit (applicable to charge for breakage, damage or special cleaning).
Please note that arrival is after 3.30 and departure by 11.00 – an additional daily charge is made for early arrival or late departure.
We advise our guests to take out holiday and travel insurance. While we will make every effort
to re-book the Summer House in the event of your cancellation, if we cannot do so there is no refund in any
event. If we are able to re-book the Gite for the same dates, then you will receive a refund less a
15% processing fee.
We accept credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/CB), cheques drawn on a French bank (make payable
to SARL Chateau de Villars). Wire transfers or other cheques are credited to your account at
the amount received by us after any bank charges.
