Bed & Breakfast at the Château

Two night minimum

Double or single occupancy (All bedrooms have recently renovated bathrooms en suite with either walk in shower or bath/shower combination)

Accommodation for a child in certain Château and Trincou Summer House rooms is available at a Supplement of €15.00 Per Night

A set Four course gourmet Dinner is available in the Château, by prior reservation, at €29,00 per person (Cheese course supp. €3,00).  At 8 pm on Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays from May to the end of October (7.30 pm in November and December, during which months Sunday lunch is also served).

By prior reservation, during the summer season, lunch at the Chateau (€12,00) or a picnic lunch (€10,00) is available to guests who are staying with us.

Self-Catering in The Trincou ‘Summer House’ at Château de Villars

Our weeks are normally Saturday to Saturday  - but we are flexible!

Sleeps 4 generously

Suitable for adults…normally no children under 14  except during our family week in August – but please ask!

Your Booking Form

To Book, please contact us, by phone or by e-mail, to confirm availability – and then we’ll send you our booking form. We want to help you make the right choice for your holiday and we want to talk to you!

Then simply pay a deposit in order to confirm your reservation.  For B&B a deposit of one night’s tariff (2 nights if staying over 7 nights).  For Self Catering, 50% at time of booking and 50% 6 weeks before arrival.  Our deposits are Non-refundable.  We accept Visa, MC and CB, as well as cheques drawn on a French bank.

We advise our guests to take out holiday and travel insurance.

For  “The Trincou Summer House” and “Sabots” we ask for the guaranty of a €200.00 damage deposit on arrival by cheque (French, British and American accepted) which will be returned to you within 14 days of your departure.  Your deposit is applicable to any charges for breakage, damage or special cleaning.  Please note that arrival is after 3.30 and departure no later than 11.00 – an additional daily charge is made for early arrival or late departure or if the property is not cleaned prior to departure.

While we will make every effort to re-book the Summer House or Sabots in the event of your cancellation, if we cannot do so there is no refund in any event. If we are able to re-book, then you will receive a refund less a15% processing fee.
