Accommodation for an Additional person in certain Chateau and Trincou Cottage Summer
House rooms is available at a Supplement of €15.00 Per Night
Breakfast is included in the above prices. A set Four course gourmet Dinner is available in the
Chateau, by prior arrangement, at €38.00 per person, including 2 glasses Bergerac house wine.
All dinners are taken at about 8 pm or so “en famille”.

cheques drawn on a French bank. Please check with us on equivalent GBP (sterling) and US
Dollars prices, if you wish to pay in a different currency.

To Book “The Trincou Summer House", after checking on availability, please send a 50% deposit
to confirm your reservation.
The balance for your booking is payable 6 weeks before arrival, together with a €100.00
refundable damage deposit (The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay,
subject to deduction for breakage, damage or special cleaning). You agree to pay for all
breakage, damage or special cleaning by your signature below.
We advise our guests to take out holiday and travel insurance. While we will make every effort
to re-book the Gite in the event of your cancellation, if we cannot do so there is no refund in any
event. If we are able to re-book the Gite for the same dates, then you will receive a refund less a
15% processing fee.
We accept credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/CB), cheques drawn on a French bank (make payable
to SARL Chateau de Villars) or cheques drawn on a British bank (make payable to 'Kevin Saunders
re Chateau de Villars'). Please check with us on equivalent GBP (sterling) and
US Dollars prices, if you wish to pay in a different currency. Wire transfers or other cheques are
credited to your account at the amount received by us after any bank charges.
