You can visit and stay at the beautiful Château de Villars for many different reasons!  No matter which, you can be assured of Classic Comfort and a Warm Welcome!  Your well-being. Your Bien-Etre.  Gourmet dining. Gastronomie. Rest & Relaxation.

Maison d’Hotes in the Château (“Bed & Breakfast”): mid-April until the end of October (2 night minimum) – stay in one of our five luxury bedrooms, with full use of the Château!

The Trincou Summer House or Les Corgis (our “Gites”): May to early November (normally one week minimum) - self cater your holiday with full use of the Château’s grounds.

La Maison des Sabots – our 18th century village house, self-catering luxury all year round.

A Relax & Learn Activity Holiday – learn something new while you enjoy your holiday in France!  Come for our Paint & Sketch holiday in August with Christine Juson (Beginners welcome!), for one of our Markets & Cooking weeks (late September), or for our  Walking holiday in October

Enjoy gourmet dining in the Château’s elegant dining room or on its terrace or in its gardens.  Our restaurant is open Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights by prior reservation from easter to the end of October, and Saturday nights and Sunday lunch in November and December.  Everything on our set menu is freshly prepared from local produce, vegetarians are welcome.  Our menu changes every day.

Celebrate a Special Event with the Château as your destination and with room for your guests!  The whole of the Château  and its grounds can be reserved for you and your guests, with full service catering for up to twenty.  We’re the place for a family reunion,  honeymoon, commitment, anniversary or birthday, or an end of the year celebration for you or your business!

And if you are coeliac (celiac) and gluten intolerant, we are always “Gluten Free” in our kitchen throughout the year, so as to avoid any cross contamination for our coeliac guests. Whichever way you choose to join us, there will never be more than 14 guests at any one time at the Château. Its heated pool and nine acres of Tranquillity and Beauty in the Heart of the Perigord Vert in South West France are your “home from home” during your stay!
